 Diagnosis

1. Show your Patient card or Student ID card at the Medical Registration counter before diagnosis.
For first time visit, please bring your Student ID card with Government ID card, Passport or any Identification card issue by government having your National ID or passport number. This number will record to patient card. e-Service
2. Formal dress except accident or ER cases.
3. Be on date and time that having physician appointment.
4. If you have drug allergy or personal disease , always tell to the physician.
5. Take drugs on dosage continuously.

 Dental

Examination and consultation in dental prophylaxis, scaling/polishing, filling, root canal treatment, periodontic treatment, and orthodontics (brace) by the specialized dentist from leading institutions within Thailand and abroad.

Our dental system is queing system. All patients must have an dental examination from dentist, then, the dentist will make treatment plan for each patient. Finally, patients can make an appointment fro further treatment.

General examination and appointed dental treatment for student, pupil and Kasetsart University personnel are available.

Non-KU personnel is available for general examination then make an appointment in nighttime service.

Physical Therapy provides a comprehensive range of evaluative, preventative, and rehabilitative services to those with impairments in physical functioning and dedicated to healing, managing pain and returning patients to normal lifestyles. For example, exercise,Hot and cold packs/Paraffin, Cervical and lumbar traction, Electrical stimulation, Massage, Ultrasound Therapy, Diathermy (Short wave) through licensed therapists under the direction of specialise physicians.

Laboratory studies under the direction of specialized physicians such as blood aspiration for Diabetes (FBS), Lipid Profile – Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglyceride, Cholesterol/HDL Ratio, Gout – Uric Acid, Kidney Function – Creatinine, BUN, Liver Function – SGOT, SGPT, Alkaline Phosphatase, CBC (+ diff. + RBC morphology + plt count) by automation, Hct (Hematocrit), HbA1C and EKG(ECG).

  • Citizen ID Card or photocopy of Citizen ID Card having clear photograph
  • Driving license issued by Department of Vehicle, Ministry of Transportation

  • For Thai Citizen under 15 years old , photocopy of residents registration or Card of birth

These form are approved by resolution of The Medical Council of Thailand meeting.

 Knowledge management in Medical and Nursing

Infirmary publicize many articles and brochures to inform the health prevention and take care to all personnel and also published quarterly Infirmary Newsletter and Website.

 Service not cover for KU Student

1. Beautification: Scar dressing using Keloid injection, earring aspiration for ornaments, mole removal, inflammatory pimples treatment etc.
2. Chronic treatment: Diabetes, Hypertension, Hypercholesterolemia
3. Vaccine for prevention: HB Vax II etc.
4. Asking medicine without any disease eg. reserve for excursion.
5. Asking for Medical tools eg. mask or glove
6. Medical treatment outside the Infirmary
7. Dental treatment

If Kasetsart University student had an emergency accident or seasonal disease (Dengue fever) and take the medical treatment from others hospital, you can claim the fee from Student Welfare Fund.
